Please read carefully and answer the following questions: Advantaged Care are looking for people with the ability to satisfactorily complete our training. In addition to criteria such as sound interpersonal skills, good judgment and strong teamwork, part of our selection procedure includes a written suitability assessment and physical test from our nominated GP. The suitability assessment consists of questionnaires designed to assess each applicant’s suitability for the role they are applying for. This process is one of the many important steps we take to ensure that those who are most suitable to this role are selected.
