Bedrooms

Each of the 56 private rooms is at least 24 meters in size and includes a bed, a two seater sofa (or a single sofa and an additional chair) a 32 inch High Definition TV and entertainment unit with Foxtel connected to each room. Each room also includes generous well appointed built-in wardrobes and drawers, as well as a multi-functional dressing table/ desk and desk chair. 

Whilst all rooms are fully air conditioned with reverse cycle air-conditioning, large windows and louvers provide considerable natural light and ventilation, taking full advantage of the superb coastal location. Many of the rooms offer excellent views over Bondi, giving a sense of space and freedom. Luxury interior design and quality furnishings add to the refined, yet relaxed and unpretentious look and feel of each room. 

Each bedroom includes a private ensuite and shower with toilet and vanity. An LED sensor light in the bathroom adds security for the residents at night.

There is one double suite on the 4th floor with a spacious lounge area for relaxing and entertaining. Several bedrooms also have their own private external balcony/ terrace with pleasant outlooks.

The building includes cutting edge ecologically sustainable design, with water re-use for irrigation, solar panels for water heating, sensor lighting in low use areas, and cold water ozone treated laundry. The spectacular glass facade of the building ensures that all internal areas of the building are blessed with natural light and ventilation. All of these ESD design initiatives reduce the carbon foot-print of the building and its inhabitants.

The latest IT systems are integrated into the fabric of bondi waters, ensuring the highest standards in clinical care, medication management, resident administration, security and building management are provided.

Within the facility there are several lounge and dining areas accessible to residents and their families. Residents and their families will be able to retreat to the top floor lounge which boasts sweeping water and district views and indoor and outdoor terraces. A theatre and activities area provides an excellent venue for movies, presentations and functions. A hair and beauty salon ensures our residents are always looking their best. 

A fully appointed on-site commercial kitchen, manned by our first class chef and a professional food service team, ensures high quality meals made with the freshest food are available. A fully appointed on-site commercial laundry means that our residents clothing will be serviced on-site ensuring that laundry won't go astray.

bondi waters has a comprehensive and varied social and activities calendar, led by onsite trained professionals. Residents can choose to participate in as much or as little as they desire. A landscaped garden and roof top terraces ensure regular outdoor activities and social occasions are enjoyed by residents and their families.
