Laurie and Michael Kresner have long been associated with the delivery of quality built environment with a joint involvement in the property industry spanning for over 50 years.

The Kresner Group has a historical focus on residential land subdivision, however is now focusing on the development and operation on new residential aged care facilities. It is with a strong commitment to the pursuit of excellence that the Kresner Group aims to have an organisation with 500 aged care bed places within the next five years. The Kresner groups is also currently carrying out town house and retail developments and other property investment activities.

Laurie Kresner

Laurie has nearly 50 years of experience in property development and nearly 10 years experience in aged care. He has valuer qualifications, was a State Manager of Stocklands in Queensland and Victoria and a State Manager of Mirvac in Victoria. Laurie also partook in joint venture projects with Mirvac, was a Treasurer and Councillor of Urban Development Institute Australia, and is also a current member of the UDIA, The Urban Taskforce and ACAA.

Michael has been involved in both Property Development and Aged Care for nearly 10 years. He has formal qualifications in Finance, Information Systems, Construction and Property Development. Michael has been responsible for the forming of Advantaged Care and he has managed 4 residential aged care projects, from their inception. Michael is also a current member of the UDIA and The Urban Taskforce and ACAA.
